A non-profit corporation serving Northern California with low-cost counselling for juvenile sex offenders, their parents, victims, victims of families, adult survivors and their families; provide training for probation officers, law enforcement officers, C.P.S. workers, therapists and others involveed in the community based management of sexual offenders.
