Rehabilitation Research and Training Center for Persons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

The mission of the Center is to develop a coordinated, advanced program of rehabilitation research and provide training to rehabilitation research and service personnel to enhance the rehabilitation outcomes of persons who are deaf or hard of hearing.
