Provides top-flight competition for the province's best 5 pin bowlers, works towards improving the image of 5 pin bowling by exemplary conduct, and works for the future of the 5 pin game in various ways including instruction and coaching of all bowlers with emphasis on the Youth Bowling Council (YBC).
